Pinnacle Promotes Michele Butler to Vice President

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - June 03, 2015) - Pinnacle, one of the nation's leading multifamily management firms, announced today that Michele Butler has assumed the role of vice president to oversee six managers and 40 properties totaling over 10,000 units within the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Butler reports to Regional Vice President Toni Rials.

Butler has 22 years of multifamily experience with some of the top industry firms, including Greystar, Lincoln Property Company, Gables Residential and The Finger Companies. Throughout her career, she consistently exceeded budgeted NOI and maximized performance for over 11,000 units in major Texas markets and Chicago. Her portfolios have been comprised of diverse property types from lease-up to stabilization in all class ranges. Butler also has extensive experience supervising interior and exterior rehab for distressed communities.

Butler rejoined Pinnacle in 2014 as a regional property manager and oversaw a portfolio of 2,500 units in four submarkets. In her new role as vice president, she will lend her expertise with new business development, market research, repositioning and improving asset performance to her expanded region.
