Pinnacle's Southwest Team Hires Two Regional Property Managers

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - July 12, 2016) - Pinnacle, one of the nation's leading multifamily management firms, announced today the hire of two regional property managers to support the company's growing Southwest portfolio. Stacey Manzella, based in Scottsdale, Ariz., and Dustin Nelson, based in Las Vegas, Nev., will lend their operational expertise to apartment communities in their respective regions. Both team members will report to Debra Kopolow, regional vice president.

Manzella brings 12 years of multifamily management experience to the firm working with inventory ranging from A+ luxury apartments to renovated assets. In her most recent role at Bridge Property Management, Manzella oversaw $7.4 million in capex projects and $7.5 million in unit rehabs, earning her the 2016 Portfolio Manager of the Year award. Other multifamily positions with Priderock Capital Management, Lincoln Property Company, and Trillium Residential provided her with the tools to become the well-rounded portfolio manager she is today. Her efficient operation skills and ability to increase revenues for owners make her a powerful addition to Pinnacle.

Nelson comes to Pinnacle from Apartment Management Consultants where he served as the director of leasing and marketing in the Pacific Northwest region. In this role he successfully yielded higher returns for his properties by implementing training for the onsite teams, creating relevant marketing campaigns and improving leasing techniques. As a regional supervisor at RK Properties, Nelson oversaw 11 multifamily communities consisting of more than 2,000 units. His leadership qualities were demonstrated by his desire to produce a top-notch team at each of his assets. Effectively staying within budget and demonstrating a proven ability to increase NOI makes Nelson an ideal addition to Pinnacle's evolving team.
