TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug. 21, 2015) - Pitchblack Resources Ltd. (NEX:PIT.H) ("Pitchblack" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. G. Scott Moore as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company replacing Mr. Josh Van Deurzen. Mr. Van Deurzen has also stepped down as a director of the Company.
