The company has forwarded the consolidated audited financials to its SEC Counsel, Michael Littman, for inclusion in the Form 10-SB filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission. Upon the effectiveness of the Form 10-SB filed, Planet Resource Recovery, Inc. will be eligible to elevate its stock trading status from the Pink Sheets to a larger, more broadly accepted stock trading exchange.
