Plantronics Announces 4,000,000 Share Repurchase Authorization

SANTA CRUZ, CA--(Marketwired - May 21, 2015) - Plantronics, Inc. (NYSE: PLT) today announced that it has authorized the repurchase of an additional 4,000,000 shares of its common stock.

Under the new 4,000,000 share repurchase authorization, Plantronics may from time to time purchase shares of its common stock, depending upon market conditions, in open market or privately negotiated transactions.
