Platinum Group Metals Amends November 30, 2007 MD&A

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA and JOHANNESBURG, SOUTH AFRICA--(Marketwire - March 13, 2008) - Platinum Group Metals Ltd. (TSX:PTM)(AMEX:PLG) ("Platinum Group") announces that as a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, we are issuing the following press release to clarify our disclosure.

For the three month period ended November 30, 2007 the Company has filed an amended and restated Management Discussion and Analysis. Amendments to the document include additional discussion of operations and financial condition, more detail regarding the summary of quarterly results, discussion of less active mineral projects and an expanded discussion of the Company's methodology for determining critical accounting estimates.
