Platinum I.T. Consulting, Inc. Announces New Partnership Agreement With Core Technology Solutions

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 23, 2007 -- Platinum I.T. Consulting, Inc., a Global I.T. Holding, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GITH) company (www.platinumit.com), is pleased to announce that it has recently entered into a new partnership agreement with Core Technology Solutions ("Core"), a market leader in the management of geographically dispersed complex I.T. equipment deployment projects for large enterprise end users. The parties believe that the partnership between Core and Platinum I.T. creates synergies that will help both companies expand their niche markets in the retail, banking, brokerage, insurance and financial services sectors.

Under the terms of the agreement, Platinum I.T. will be able to offer its consulting, corporate level staffing, and recruiting services to a client base of Fortune 1000 companies across North America, while simultaneously enabling services to both Core and Platinum I.T. clients for the installation of I.T. equipment, computer and technology upgrades, and communication systems. Core has completed hundreds of individual deployment projects throughout North America.

Platinum I.T. estimates that this new partnership should enable the Company to increase revenues over 10% within the first year alone, and over 15% by the following year. The Company previously announced solid sales revenue for their third quarter and estimated about $4 million in revenue for 2006. Mr. Ralph Clark, President of Platinum I.T. Consulting, Inc., stated, "Partnerships such as this one are invaluable to Platinum I.T. With this in place, we have opened our doors to all of Core Technology's array of contacts, clients, and network across all of North America."

Platinum I.T. expects to announce several more growth-targeted strategic partnerships in the near future.
