Players Network Launches Primetime Television Programming With Distribution in Over 121 Million Homes

Players Network Signs a Deal With Buzz TV and Now Can Be Seen in 50 Countries Throughout Europe, Middle East, and North Africa

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - December 26, 2008) - Players Network (OTCBB: PNTV), the leading Digital Media Television Network dedicated to Las Vegas Entertainment and the Gaming Lifestyle, announces today that it has signed a distribution agreement with Buzz TV to be carried on all of Buzz TV's extensive distribution. Player's Network will broadcast selected programming from its vast library of Gaming and Las Vegas Lifestyle programming in English.

In the initial agreement Player Network and Buzz TV will equally share all Advertising and Sponsorship revenues generated by the programming.

Players Network's existing 24/7 VOD Channel is currently carried in over 22 million US homes on Comcast, DirecTV, Dish Network, AT&T and Verizon. With the addition of Buzz TV, the company's distribution footprint now exceeds 143 million television homes worldwide.
