Plaza Bank Appoints Erich Bollinger as EVP and Chief Banking Officer


IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - Oct 10, 2011) - Plaza Bank (OTCBB: PLZB), headquartered in Irvine, California, today announced that Erich Bollinger has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of the bank.

Mr. Bollinger is a 27-year banking veteran, who was most recently EVP/Chief Corporate Banking Officer with Nevada State Bank, where he was responsible for all aspects of commercial and small business banking throughout Nevada. He also spent 15 years with City National Bank in Southern California, including a leadership role in Orange County. His areas of banking and financial expertise include corporate, commercial, small business, SBA, private banking and technology.

Mr. Bollinger has served as a consultant to Plaza Bank since September 1, 2011. His appointment to the EVP and Chief Banking Officer position follows his approval to serve as an executive officer by the Bank's regulators. His main focus will include commercial banking and operations in both the Orange County and Southern Nevada markets.
