PlentyOfFish and Chimp Announce Tech's Got Talent in Support of BC Kids' Charities

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - May 6, 2015) - On June 24th 2015, Tech's Got Talent - a lip sync competition hosted by PlentyOfFish and Chimp - will see Vancouver tech companies battle it out on stage in support of local kids' charities.

Building on the incredible success of last year's TechPong, which raised $74,000 for Downtown Eastside charities, Tech's Got Talent will tackle another issue close to the hearts of Vancouver's technology companies - the health, education and well-being of Vancouver's next generation.

Participating companies, which so far include Hootsuite, BuildDirect, and Recon Instruments, must raise a minimum of $1000 using Chimp's online donation platform in order to secure their spot in the lip sync competition on June 24th.

Tech's Got Talent will take place on Wednesday, June 24th at 6:30pm, at FIVE SIXTY, 560 Seymour St., Vancouver BC. Tickets are $10 and include a drink and appetizers. All proceeds go to kids' charities in the Lower Mainland.
