Plex Systems Named a 2009 Top Workplace by Detroit Free Press

Employee Surveys Rank the ERP Software Leader as Michigan's Eighth Best Small Company to Work For

AUBURN HILLS, MI--(Marketwire - October 19, 2009) - Plex Systems, Inc., provider of the No. 1 rated ERP software for manufacturers, today announced that it has been named one of Michigan's Top Workplaces 2009 by the Detroit Free Press. The company was ranked eighth of the 30 companies with fewer than 150 workers. It received the honor for its positive workplace culture, communication, values and benefits, as identified by its employees.

A total of 75 companies of various sizes were named 2009 Top Workplaces. Their stories were told in a special supplement to the October 18 issue of the Detroit Free Press, and they will be further recognized at a special award breakfast later this month.

The nomination and selection processes were based primarily on employee surveys conducted at all nominated companies. The surveys were conducted and evaluated by Workplace Dynamics, the prestigious Pennsylvania-based human resources consultancy that partners with leading regional newspapers around the nation to identify stand-out employers and celebrate their best practices.

Plex Systems CEO and President Mark Symonds stated, "At Plex Systems, we are dedicated to maintaining a creative, open and challenging work environment where all employees find satisfaction and can contribute directly to the company's success. We are thrilled that our efforts have fostered positive employees, and we are honored to be named a Top Workplace."
