Plex Systems Named One of Metro Detroit's 101 Best and Brightest Companies

AUBURN HILLS, MI--(Marketwire - September 15, 2009) - Plex Systems, Inc., provider of the #1 rated ERP software for manufacturers, today announced it has been named one of "Metropolitan Detroit's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For" by the Michigan Business and Professional Association (MBPA). The company was one of only a few software-related companies named to this honor.

Winning companies were selected based on evaluations of their performance in the following categories: communication, community initiatives, compensation and benefits, diversity and multiculturalism, employee education and development, employee engagement and commitment, recognition and retention, small business, recruitment and selection and work-life balance. The evaluations took place through employee surveys and interviews with human resources staff.

Plex Systems will be recognized, along with the other recipients, at a symposium and awards luncheon on Thursday, October 29, at the Dearborn Inn. The MBPA will also present 11 elite awards at the event.

"Plex Systems is dedicated to continuous improvement in all facets of our business, including our human resources policies and practices," said Plex Systems CEO & President Mark Symonds. "This focus has had exactly the effect we hoped for: the employees of Plex Systems are very happy in their jobs. I'm pleased that we've been able to maintain and grow our workforce of Metro Detroit's 'Best and Brightest.'"
