Plex Systems to Present on Quality Systems at Midwest Food Processing Association Convention

Industry Event Presents Opportunity to Share Best Practices in Maintaining Quality in Food Supply Chain

Mel Smith, Plex Systems senior account manager, and Marc Costanza, Plex Systems senior solutions engineer, will deliver their presentation, "The Use of Quality Systems to Improve Food Safety" from 3 to 4 p.m. on Dec. 1. 

Smith and Costanza will highlight how today's leading-edge quality systems improve food safety and prevent recalls by providing more accurate data in real time, enabling users to more easily track and identify potential safety issues and isolate processes and issues that threaten product safety at all points in the supply chain.
