PLS Presents Calgary DEALMAKERS™ Prospects and Properties Expo Oct 8

Prospect Deal Expo Brings Oil and Gas Buyers and Sellers Together With Capital

CALGARY, AB--(Marketwired - Sep 29, 2014) - PLS Inc. announced today that its Fall 2014 Calgary DEALMAKERS™ Expo is taking place Wednesday October 8 and deal flow is plentiful for this prospect expo. In fact PLS already has over 40 sellers bringing oil and gas prospects and projects to be on display. This power-packed, one-day prospect and property expo starts with breakfast at 9:00 am at the TELUS Convention Centre at 120 9th Avenue SE.

The oil and gas expo is presented by the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen (CAPL), Explorers & Producers Association of Canada (EPAC) and Calgary Global Exploration Forum (CGEF). PLS expects over 60 booths filled with deal prospects and over 400 oil and gas industry professionals in attendance. 

Sample Alberta deals include a Central Alberta deal producing ~400 BOED out of the Rock Creek and Pekisko formations, and >300,000 total acres worth of farmout opportunities and drilling projects.

Saskatchewan offerings on exhibit include a ~100 BOED producing property located in the Milton South area, and several acreage positions for drilling are also being offered up either through negotiated transaction or auction process.

British Columbia offerings include a non-operated development opportunity for 40+ total wells with existing gas production in the Helmet/Helmet North area, and also has existing production of ~76 BOED.

The show has an international flavor with deals in the US and overseas. Sample deals for sale in the USA market comes from the Gulf Coast, Midcontinent, and Rockies regions with oil and gas productions, in addition to acreage/mineral packages. Deals from abroad include UK North Sea prospects, and additionally a Joint Venture offering in the upper Indus Basin of Pakistan.

DEALMAKERS is the event to catch up on current plays and meet preeminent prospect generators, explorationists, property sellers, deal-takers, operators, non-operated working interest owners, capital providers, advisors, divestiture professionals, investment bankers and other energy executives active in buying, selling and funding oil and gas assets.
