Polonious Field Kit Brings Mobile Case Management Capabilities to Insurance Industry


PALM BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - Sep 6, 2013) - Polonious Investigation Management Systems (Polonious), premier providers of special investigative unit (SIU) and investigation management systems, is pleased to announce the immediate availability of the company's new mobile app, the Polonious Field Kit.

The Polonious Field Kit, which can be downloaded from the Apple App and Google Play stores, enables the use of a smartphone or tablet to gather video, photos and recordings, as well as:

  • Work while offline (no Internet connection), upload and sync completed work once re-connected;
  • Download a list of current case work;
  • Access a complete contact list for each downloaded file that can be used to one-click phone or email managers, witnesses, attorneys and others as required; and
  • Log notes and other important data (such as expenses and itineraries) captured on mobile devices.

Once synced to the Polonious Case Management System (PCMS) server, Polonious Field Kit users can access all the business operational functionality inherent to the company's solutions, relevant people are informed, reports can be generated and work completed as per company-specific business processes.
