NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Sep 14, 2016) - POLSINELLI, an Am Law 100 firm, announced today that it closed a multimillion dollar deal between global real estate and investment management firm Colony Capital and global net lease real estate investment trust Gramercy Property Trust.
Polsinelli represented Colony Capital Acquisitions in its sale of an industrial property in Littleton, Massachusetts to Gramercy Property Trust. The Littleton property is a newly constructed 448,470 square foot distribution center leased to a multi-brand retailer.
