POP N GO Ships to Automatic Vending of Arkansas

WHITTIER, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 18, 2005 -- Pop N Go, Inc. (OTC BB: POPN) announced today that Automatic Vending of Arkansas has placed three Pop N Go popcorn machines at a large manufacturing plant in Arkansas.

"Our customers are very pleased with Pop N Go's machines. They perform well and employees like the fresh popped feature of the venders. Our customers selected Pop N Go after a careful review of the cost/benefit features compared to kettle popped and microwave popcorn. We expect to be adding Pop N Go machines to many of our other locations," stated Pat Maher, Automatic Vending's VP for Operations.

"Automatic Vending of Arkansas has more than forty years of service to commercial and industrial employers so we are pleased that an experienced operator like AVA has given our machines great reviews. We are looking forward to working closely with AVA to fill their requirements for popcorn vending machines. We are experiencing an ever increasing demand for our machines as customers have a chance to sample the superior product that Pop N Go machines produce," said Mel Wyman, Pop N Go's CEO.
