Pop N Go Will Participate in Northeast Regional Healthy School Foods Marketplace

WHITTIER, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 21, 2005 -- Pop N Go, Inc. (OTC BB: POPN) announced today that it will be exhibiting its patented popcorn vending machine at the Northeast Regional Healthy School Foods Marketplace in Warwick, Rhode Island, on August 19, 2005. The Marketplace is designed to directly connect processors and vendors of healthy foods that meet Nutrition Guidelines for schools in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island with the buyers looking for these healthier food items. Only products that meet the Nutrition Guidelines will be allowed into the Marketplace.

The Marketplace is sponsored by Kids First, a non-profit organization with over 7 years' experience working with schools in the development of nutritious environments for children and staff.

"We are looking forward to introducing Pop N Go's healthy vending option to the many school foodservice professionals, school administrators and vending operators from the New England region. The demand for vending menus of higher nutritional value puts Pop N Go at the forefront since our machines produce a healthy snack that will actually be enjoyed by students and staff alike and will help schools recapture revenue lost by removing unhealthy vended snacks," stated Mel Wyman, Pop N Go's CEO.
