Post-9/11 Veterans Offered Free Training and Certification in Roofing Contractor Sales

Hiring Veterans Is a Priority for Member Contractors of 3C Network


WESTMINSTER, CO--(Marketwire - Jul 24, 2012) - Getting post-9/11 military back to good-paying civilian work is the goal of a new jobs building partnership between the 3C Network and USA Cares, Inc.

Through the USA Cares' "Jobs for Vets" program, 3C Network is offering the nation's newest Veterans free training and certification to become professional roofing inspectors and contract managers who will work to restore storm-damaged homes and businesses across the country.

Training is on-line and normally costs over $300. But in partnership with USA Cares, 3C is offering the training free to post-9/11 Veterans who qualify in the Jobs for Vets program. The training is offered online and self-paced -- typically taking between a few days to a couple of weeks. There are nine courses through the online training provider, InterNACHI.

The trained Veteran will then be qualified in sales as a roofing contractor and be hired by 3C Network-member contractors across the country. "We are so proud to offer this training to those who have showed they are true heroes for all of us," said L.C.
