FT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwired - Mar 31, 2016) - PotNetwork Holdings Inc., (OTC PINK: POTND) is pleased to announce that, in further continuance of the New Corporate direction, the Company has filed the Service Mark "sign n drive," with The United States Patent and Trademark Office.

The Company has, upon much consideration, selected a name and logo that is more highly indicative of its corporate identity, yielding in a distinct and appealing brand that's easily identifiable and appropriate for successful duplication.

Management recognizes that "Sunrise Auto Mall," while being a great name in association with its current geographical location, may not be as suitable for additional locations that are not in a similar territory. Therefore, in an effort to establish a strong yet simple brand identity that can be replicated over a broad range of regions, the Company has selected the designation of "sign n drive," a name that much more closely aligns with the Company's core business model and long term vision.
