Power Air Announces First Sale of ZPowerpac™ Portable Chargers

Home Shopping Group Now Marketing Power Air's Auxiliary Rechargeable Power Packs

LIVERMORE, CA--(Marketwire - December 11, 2008) - Power Air Corporation (OTCBB: PWAC), today announced that the Company has processed and shipped its first orders for its Power Air branded, auxiliary ZPowerpac7 and ZPowerpac13 mobile electronic device chargers to Home Shopping Group, a Florida-based national direct response marketing agency.

Home Shopping Group has produced a 60-second television commercial showcasing Power Air's ZPowerpacs that is airing in selected metro markets. Home Shopping Group is also prominently featuring the products on its e-commerce web site found at and is actively promoting the products via email advertising campaigns.

Power Air's small, slim and lightweight ZPowerpacs™ provide users with portable power -- anywhere, anytime -- to recharge power hungry handheld electronic devices, including wireless phones, smartphones, PDAs, digital music players and portable gaming systems. The ZPowerpac7 provides up to 1500 charges (depending on the device); and the ZPowerpac13 provides up to 2500 charges (also depending on the device).
