MIAMI, FL --(Marketwired - February 03, 2014) - Opulence International Realty, South Florida's hottest real estate brokerage firm which recently launched fall 2013, is quickly gaining momentum by attracting major key players from South Florida's real estate arena. The company is pleased to announce Tomi Rose, a well-established luxury real estate agent, has joined the team this month to lead the Sports and Entertainment division as Senior Vice President.
"We could not have selected a better candidate to spearhead this niche division," said James Hoffman, President of Opulence International Realty. "Not only is she already distinguished in this elite circuit, but Tomi has an extensive sphere of influence due to her continuous community involvement, her long-time relationship (and new engagement) with a former NBA basketball player as well as her friendships with other high-profile movers and shakers. This prestige and social access, combined with an impeccable work ethic and proven track record, makes Tomi a vital asset to our team."
Alongside Hoffman, Rose will develop the division by focusing on the specific needs, direction and attention required by the company's exclusive clientele. Blending her extensive experience and Opulence International's forward-thinking business model, the company will offer better and broader services to clients including property management, wealth management and access to other VIP partnerships and opportunities through Opulence's parent companies CSI International and Horizon Publishing of South Florida Opulence, among others.
Rose's repertoire includes more than 200 athletes and celebrities, among them the late Michael Jackson; basketball player Shaquille O'Neil; soccer player Samuel Eto'o; basketball player Carlos Boozer and family; Bryan "Birdman" Williams, CEO of Cash Money Records; actress Vivica Fox and others. Her solid relationships with these individuals as well as other titans of fashion, film, music and sports, gives her the advantage of direct access. Additionally, she understands, first hand, what their needs, preferences and demanding schedules are that allows her to effectively work while always providing top-notch service.
"My clients often call me the 'David Faulk' of real estate, which is a tremendous compliment considering that Faulk is a powerful person in the NBA and at one time represented at least one client on 25 of the 27 NBA teams. I've grown professionally over the years and today, I am proud to say that my clients span across 15 of the 30 NBA teams," explains Rose. "Joining forces with Opulence International Realty allows me to provide an even more robust offering to my clients. I am confident that my team will dominate the real estate portfolios of the NBA, NFL, MLB, professional soccer markets as well as in the entertainment segment. There is a lot of work ahead of me and I'm excited to hit the ground running."
Originally from Indiana, Rose moved to Miami in 1997. Prior to joining Opulence International Realty, Rose was a top producing agent at One Sotheby's International Realty. She is the first African-American to sell more than $25 million in residential real estate in one fiscal year in Miami-Dade and Broward County. She also has appeared on the cover of Network Miami Magazine as one of the top 40 under 40 professionals in South Florida. Last year, she was one of the star real estate agents on the Style Network's "Hot Listings Miami" reality television show, which made her the first African American woman realtor casted in a real estate Doc-U-series. She is currently in discussions with another network to be part of a new show.
Aside from developing an impressive track record in the real estate arena, Rose is an accomplished entrepreneur and very active leader in the community.
