Strengthening Its Commitment to Internet User Rights and the Borderless Internet, Power.com Makes Move to Silicon Valley With New Executive Team

Power.com's New U.S. Executive Team Members

Rob Pollock, President & COO -- Former President and COO of eFax Inc. and the founding CEO of eFax.com. As CEO, he managed the logistics and rapid growth of eFax.com from startup. eFax.com later merged with Jfax and currently has a $1 billion+ market capitalization. He was also startup-phase CEO of eVault.com, a leading security solutions company which was sold for $186 million. Previously, Rob was the founder and CEO for sixteen years of a leading computer peripherals sales and marketing company, which he led from startup to $200 million in annual revenues at its peak.

Michael Ross, CFO -- President of New York-based investment bank Joseph Capital LLC. Served in the Investment Banking Division of Salomon Smith Barney and as Vice President at Bank of America and Lehman Brothers. Served as lead analyst to the hedge fund Vision Capital during the year it ranked number one among equity-linked funds and as buy-side analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein. Michael has a Ph.D. in Finance from UC Berkeley and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Zak Mandhro, Director of Product Marketing -- Led the global Convergent Technologies group at a multi-billion dollar technology consulting company, BearingPoint/Deloitte. Earned $150 million on projects for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies, the US Department of Defense, the Federal government and various startups. Zak is also the founder and product visionary of Famiva.com, a leading social network for families.

Boyan Josic, Director of Global Business Development -- Responsible for Power's worldwide revenue generation efforts and strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities. Founder of ProfileBuilder and Profile Pulse, two startups leading the trend of identity and content aggregation. Prior to that, he was the co-founder and President of BOSSdev, an IT consulting firm which he took from zero to $15 million in annual revenues in its first 3 years of operation.

Ed Niehaus, Global Marketing & Communications Advisor -- Co-founder and CEO of the 1990s' top Internet public relations agency which helped drive the market entry of forty-five leading Internet companies. Launched Yahoo!'s market entry when they had three employees and no CEO, as well as driving Apple's turnaround PR efforts after Steve Job's return -- including the launch of the iMac.
