Prairie Enterprises Acquires Additional Shares of BC Moly Ltd.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 5, 2015) - Mr. Edward Yurkowski ("Yurkowski") announced today that Prairie Enterprises (Alberta) Inc. ("Prairie"), a company which is owned and controlled by him, has acquired 1,555,556 common shares (the "Common Shares") of BC Moly Ltd. (the "Company") at a price of $0.09 per share pursuant to a subscription agreement between Prairie and the Company dated September 28, 2015 (the "Private Placement").

Prior to the closing of the Private Placement, Yurkowski beneficially owned and controlled 3,009,600 common shares of the Company, representing approximately 41.33% of the common shares then issued and outstanding. After the closing of the Private Placement, Yurkowski beneficially owns and controls an aggregate of 4,565,156 common shares of the Company, representing approximately 51.66% of the outstanding common shares of the Company.

The Common Shares were purchased by Prairie, pursuant to applicable exemptions from Canadian prospectus requirements, for investment purposes. Depending on his evaluation of the business prospects and financial condition of the Company, general economic and market conditions and other factors, Yurkowski may from time to time increase or decrease his beneficial ownership of shares of the Company, by private agreement or otherwise.
