Pratt & Whitney Canada Appoints Altenrhein Recognized Maintenance Facility

EBACE - GENEVA, SWITZERLAND--(Marketwire - May 12, 2009) - Pratt & Whitney Canada Customer Service Centre Europe GmbH, a joint-venture between Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) and MTU Aero Engines, has appointed Altenrhein Aviation Ltd, located at St.Gallen-Altenrhein Airport (Switzerland), as a Recognized Maintenance Facility to provide maintenance support for PT6A, JT15D and PW300 series engines. P&WC is a United Technologies (NYSE:UTX) company.

Altenrhein Aviation Ltd is an EASA Part-145 Aircraft Maintenance Facility, supporting a wide range of general aviation, business and regional aircraft.
