Pre-Deal Integration Planning Essential to International Acquisition, Says Allocate Software Plc

Completed on 15 December 2009, the acquisition of Time Care AB was Allocate Software Plc's first international deal. As part of their work, Beyond the Deal conducted a cultural snapshot survey of both UK and Swedish management teams to understand material differences in values, assumptions and behaviours across integrating entities, and address them as part of post-acquisition business model design and integration.
