Precious Metals Exchange Corp. Opens Call Center for Customer Service and VolumeContact™ Transfers

ADDISON, TX--(Marketwire - June 18, 2009) - Precious Metals Exchange Corp. (PINKSHEETS: PRMX) today announced that the Company has established its Call Center in Addison, Texas to answer inquiries from potential customers generated through its VolumeContact™ marketing division, and provide CRM data input services to customers without internet access.

Garrett Vogel, President of PRMX, stated, "We have been limited in using VolumeContact™ to its full extent due to not having call transfer capabilities. Regulatory requirements in many states require that auto-dialers provide a method for call recipients to ask questions of live operators or demand removal from our lists, and that hindered our use of this important marketing tool. Initially, we will use existing staff to handle call overflow, and control outbound call volume to match our operators' capacities. Because the practical limits of our telemarketing capabilities are very high, we look forward to quickly growing out of this in-house function."
