Premier Alliance Group, Inc. Appoints Executive Vice President in Charge of Service Delivery Group

CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwire - January 3, 2011) - Premier Alliance Group, Inc. (OTCBB: PIMO), a professional services company focused on business and technology consulting, announced that it has appointed Graeme Booth to be Executive Vice President of the Service Delivery Group. Mr. Booth joined Premier in 2010 and has been a leader in growing the Professional Services unit. He was previously a partner at KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers and held executive positions in two technology companies. As a national practice leader of Global Risk Management Solutions ("GRMS") as well as a global services line leader for IT strategy and performance within Big 4 firms, Mr. Booth is well versed in the architecture, building, and managing of business strategies for large and growing corporations.
