CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwire - Aug 1, 2011) - Premier Alliance Group, Inc. (OTCBB: PIMO), a professional services company focused on business and technology consulting, announced that it has secured a new contract with Curaspan Health Group of Boston, MA.

Premier Alliance's initial project will be to assess, review and recommend a new Application Life-Cycle Management tool set that Curaspan expects to use in their IT environment.
