Premier Aviation Overhaul Center Inc. Announces Results of Union Vote

TROIS-RIVIERES, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - April 23, 2013) - Premier Aviation Overhaul Center Inc. announced today that after much consideration, the company's employees voted against establishing a union at its Trois-Rivieres facility.

Premier Aviation's Trois-Rivieres facility has recently expanded its capacity to 150,000 sq. ft. of hangar space offering the equivalent of seven (7) narrow-body heavy maintenance and paint lines. In addition, the company expanded its operations in 2011 with the opening of a 379,000 sq. ft. facility located in Rome, New York, United States, and again in 2012, with the inauguration of a 143,000 sq. ft. facility in Windsor, Ontario.
