Premier Diagnostic Health Services Inc. New Director and Stock Option Grant

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 8, 2015) -

Premier Diagnostic Health Services Inc. ("Premier" or the "Company") (CSE:PDH) previously announced that its shareholders elected G. Andrew Cooke to the board of Premier at the general meeting held on April 2, 2015. Premier is now providing some additional information regarding Mr. Cooke.

Andrew Cooke is a Chartered Accountant and has over 25 years of accounting and finance experience. He previously acted as treasurer of Lumbermens Mutual Group (formerly Kemper Insurance). He has also acted as an independent consultant to Cunningham Lindsey, Fairmont Specialty and TIG from 2002 to 2005, all of which are subsidiaries of Fairfax Financial. Mr. Cooke has been a director of Corner Market Capital U.S. Inc. since 2008 and a director of Sequant Re Holdings Limited since December 2014.

In connection with Mr. Cooke's appointment as a director, he was granted 40,000 incentive stock options, each exercisable to purchase one common share of the Company at $0.21 for a term of five years from the date of grant. The option grant is subject to any required approvals such as CSE and shareholder approval. Mr. Cooke's appointment as director is subject to approval by the CSE.
