Premier Extends Successful Development Contract

PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - July 11, 2008) - Premier Information Management, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PIFR) confirmed an extension to the current contract with Nanohex Corp following the hugely successful upgrade by Nanohex to Premier's existing technology.

Premier engaged Nanohex to improve client interface software in addition to internal order processing and billing technology resulting in a 25% reduction in required manpower levels. Now Premier is looking to Nanohex to develop further paperless automation systems and to develop the additional software tools allowing Premier to establish itself in lateral markets.

"The significant results achieved through Nanohex make the choice to extend their contract an obvious one. These additional development programs which we expect to complete towards the end of the year will allow for better profitability and the expansion of our services into other valuable markets," said Tom Miller, CEO of Premier.
