Premier Holding Corporation Announces More Record Sales for The Power Company

Door-to-Door Sales Sets Record for Consecutive Weeks in October and November

TUSTIN, CA--(Marketwired - Nov 20, 2013) - Premier Holding Corporation (OTCQB: PRHL) today announced that its subsidiary, The Power Company (TPC), continues to ramp up and set new sales records from its door-to-door electrical energy sales operations in the month of October and each of the first two weeks of November. In October sales from Door-to-Door operations grew by 8% from 1,506 contracts in September, to 1,629 contracts in October. For October that is a weekly average of 368. In the first week of November this one sales operation closed 491 contracts and in the second week closed 587 Contracts. That is a weekly increase of 33% and 59% respectively over October. Each residential sale will increase the enterprise value of The Power Company. This increase in sales is especially impressive when one considers that closed contracts from Door-to-Door operations were accomplished during the fall and early winter months which have historically reflected a seasonal downturn in Door-to-Door residential sales due to inclement weather and far fewer daylight hours.

We know that at some point the weather will slow down this one operation, but other sales activities continue to increase, and TPC continues to break sales records nearly every month."

The Power Company continues to expand its sales strategies, which now, in addition to its phone banks and Door-to-Door sales, includes its new internet energy sales portal, NEST - National Energy Service Transactor which enables a truly viral sales mechanism, and is expected to accelerate overall sales regardless of the season.
