Premier Holding Corporation Launches International Operations

TUSTIN, CA--(Marketwired - May 11, 2016) - Premier Holding Corporation (OTCQB: PRHL), announces that it has completed the terms of an LOI with Firefly Systematics. This agreement expands the territory of Premier's subsidiary, Energy Efficiency Experts (E3), and provides additional logistics, suppliers, and fulfillment resources to support its growing business. 

E3 offers an extensive line of energy efficiency products and services including LED lighting, lighting controls, skylights, window films, motor controls, roofing insulation, etc., and this new sales organization increases the company's stable of approved vendors as well as additional international and back office resources to the company. This Ontario office will work closely with the E3 offices in California, Chicago and New York to further enhance E3's and Premier's mission to provide "Everything Energy" to its ever-expanding database of satisfied customers.
