Premier Keynote Lineup Confirmed for Paciolan's PACnet '13 Conference


IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - Jan 15, 2013) - Paciolan, an industry-leading provider of ticketing, marketing, fundraising and sales automation solutions to more than 500 live entertainment organizations, announced today its keynote speaker lineup for its annual PACnet community conference to be held Feb. 10-13, 2013 at the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel & Spa in Newport Beach, Calif. The premier speakers include University of Maryland Athletic Director, Kevin Anderson; Atlanta's Fox Theatre President and CEO, Allan Vella; University of Mississippi Director of Athletics, Ross Bjork; and Auburn University Executive Director of Internal Auditing, Kevin Robinson; and Disney Institute.

Following the opening state of the community address by Paciolan CEO Dave Butler, and Founder Jane Kleinberger, the opening keynote address, presented by Disney Institute, will feature Disney insights on delivering a consistent service experience and exceeding customer expectations.

University of Maryland's Kevin Anderson will share strategic initiatives and trends impacting college athletics institutions. As athletic director for Maryland, Anderson helped launch the Terrapins on their path to success, and instituted an inclusive management style that combines a passion for providing a quality experience for Maryland's student-athletes with a thoughtful business acumen that has him managing the Terrapins' $59 million budget and more than 180 employees. 

The Fox Theatre's Allan Vella will discuss aligning organizationally to take advantage of business and customer service opportunities. Under Vella's leadership, the 4,665 seat Fox Theatre has blossomed, and is booked for more than 250 performances a year and attracts more than 500,000 annual visitors.

University of Mississippi's Ross Bjork's discussion on career advice and emerging opportunities within live entertainment will also be streamed live to the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) community. The youngest athletics director among BCS schools, as well as the youngest athletics director of the 120 NCAA FBS programs when previously working with Western Kentucky University, Bjork has an extensive career in intercollegiate athletics spanning two decades of experience as an administrator and student-athlete. 

Closing out PACnet '13 on Wednesday, Feb. 13, Auburn University's Kevin Robinson will discuss fraud prevention and risk management. In addition to being Executive Director of Internal Auditing at Auburn University, Robinson is also a past president of the Association of College and University Auditors (ACUA). He's been with Auburn University for more than 23 years and has served as the internal audit director since 2001. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) and trained facilitator for Kouzes and Posner's "The Leadership Challenge."
