NOT FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Premier Diagnostic Health Services Inc. (CNSX:PDH) announces the election of three board members at its Annual General Meeting on March 29, 2012. Denis Tusar, Geoffrey Waters and Ross Greenwood will continue to serve as Directors on Premier's board. As was announced during the Annual General Meeting, immediately following the AGM, a Board meeting was held and the Board appointed Dr. Maya Butterfield as the fourth Board member.

"Maya is exceptionally well suited to sit on the Board of Premier and comes with an impeccable record in her field of Bio Engineering. This suitability is further enhanced by her expertise in international regulatory issues," said Denis Tusar, Chairman and CEO. "Maya has a reputation of addressing challenges while focusing on solutions. The icing on the cake is that she introduces a woman's perspective in what used to be an all-male Board."

Dr. Maya Butterfield has spent more than 20 years in the medical device industry and has specialized in ISO (International Organization for Standardization), Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Research and Development. She has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master of Science in BioEngineering. She currently is a regulatory consultant who provides global regulatory consulting for medical device and in vitro diagnostics companies, and was for some years the Quality Assurance and Research and Development Manager for Pyng Medical Corporation.

With these new appointments comes the retirement of two Board members. Stepping down from the Board are Kenneth Tolmie and Dr. Brian Lentle. Premier would also like to extend its thanks to John Smith. All remain as stalwart supporters of Premier and will continue to be available for consultation as needed.

"On a personal Basis, I would like to extend best wishes and a very sincere thank you to our retiring board members," said Geoff Waters, COO. "We are privileged to have had their influence, expertise, and guidance in establishing this very important component of our medical community."

The Board has appointed Denis Tusar as Chairman and CEO, and Geoffrey Waters as COO. With Ken Tolmie's retirement, Daniel Waters has been appointed as Interim-CFO.

Both Reports to Shareholders presented by Denis Tusar and Geoffrey Waters at the Annual General Meeting will be placed on the Company website to be accessible to all who are interested.
