Premier Tourism Destination Indonesia to Sponsor Select 'ING New York City Marathon' Events for Second Consecutive Year

Through Sport and Lifestyle Sponsorship Indonesia's Ministry of Tourism & Creative Economy Hopes to Further Boost U.S. and International Tourism to the Country

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Oct 12, 2012) - The Ministry of Tourism & Creative Economy of Indonesia today announced, that for a second straight year, Indonesia will be the primary tourism destination sponsor of the '2012 ING New York City Marathon' on November 4, 2012 in New York.

The Ministry has again appointed IMG to strategize and execute the sponsorship and marketing of Indonesia tourism at the 'ING New York City Marathon.' This year, in addition to being a sponsor of the 'ING New York City Marathon,' the Ministry will also be the leading tourism sponsor of the NYRR Dash to the Finish Line 5K from the United Nations to Central Park on the Saturday before marathon day.
