Premiere Beverage Group (PBGC) to Private Label Products for Major Retailers

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Feb 2, 2012) - Premier Beverage Group (PINKSHEETS: PBGC) (OTC: PBGC) has announced their new strategic partnership between their subsidiary CaptiveBrands and DeMunno Sales & Associates (DSA). DSA specializes in development opportunities with Ulta Salon (NASDAQ: ULTA), Sears (NASDAQ: SHLD) and Walgreens (NYSE: WAG).

The partnership will focus on private labeling brands that fit the retailers, which DSA has a relationship with. Between the three major retailers that DeMunno has access too, the annual sales combined exceed $100 billion.
