PremiTech Appoints Greg Keane as Executive Vice President, Americas

Seasoned Software Industry Executive Joins End-User Performance Management Software Provider

MORRISTOWN, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 20, 2006 -- PremiTech, the leading provider of end-user performance management and capacity optimization software, today announced that seasoned IT software veteran Greg Keane has joined the company as executive vice president for the Americas. In this role, Greg Keane will lead the company's U.S.-based sales and pre- and post-sales support operations.

Greg Keane brings more than 20 years of successful sales and sales management experience in the enterprise software industry to PremiTech. Prior to joining PremiTech, Greg Keane was responsible for sales at DecisionPoint Software overseeing double-digit revenue growth while doubling the number of new customers. These growth rates led to DecisionPoint Software being acquired by NCR/Teradata in November 2005. Before DecisionPoint, he was the area vice president of Informatica Corporation, managing one-third of the U.S. territory and half of Canada. During his five year tenure at Informatica, Greg Keane helped grow its Central Area installed base from 41 to more than 600 companies. Prior to Informatica, he held various sales and sales management positions for technology companies such as Informix Software, Poet Software, Computer Associates, Cullinet and GE Software International. Greg Keane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from West Virginia University.
