Premium Petroleum, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:PPTL) today announced that the Company has reverse merged with the listed company ZooTech 2000, Inc. (ZOOT) and has commenced trading on the US OTC (Pink Sheet) market under the symbol PPTL.
