Dalla Corte, the Milan-based company and manufacturer of energy efficient, semi-automatic coffee machines and world leader in providing a first-class coffee experience, partners with Montreal businessman Sevan Istanboulian to launch Dalla Corte Coffee Systems throughout Canada.

Istanboulian, a prominent figure in the coffee world and expert in quality management, says his objectives are clear: "We want to challenge current industry standards in order to deliver a coffee experience without compromise. Our mission is to share the global live/learn/share Dalla Corte values with restaurant and hospitality professionals. I am also proud to team up with Dalla Corte in the Orang Utan Coffee conservation program which aims to protect 6,000 of these primates in their natural Sumatra habitat and improve the life of local coffee farmers in their community."

Dalla Corte Coffee Systems is opening the first of its DC Lofts, in Toronto from November 19 – 21, 2015, and then in Montreal from November 25 – 27, 2015. This unprecedented event in the North American coffee industry will be marked by various launch activities and workshops on "The knowledge and passion for the Perfect Coffee and the Best Brewing Practices."

Coffee industry professionals, fine food experts, as well as media will be invited to live, learn and share this innovative concept with Victor Delpierre, "Coffee in Good Spirits" 2013 Barista Cocktail World Champion, and Fabrizio Sención Ramirez, 2nd place in the 2012 World Barista Championship. These international stars will lead and animate informative and entertaining activities in a convivial atmosphere.

In Canada, Dalla Corte Coffee Systems distributes an impressive range of Dalla Corte coffee machines with cutting-edge features and complimentary equipment. The company, which created five new permanent jobs, also offers proactive sales service, as well as training and technical assistance at both of its locations: Toronto, ON, 130 Industry Street, Unit 21; Montreal, PQ, 162 Benjamin Hudon Street.
