President Bill Clinton to Deliver Keynote Address at 2014 IASA Annual Conference

DURHAM, NC and INDIANAPOLIS, IN--(Marketwired - Dec 3, 2013) - IASA is very pleased to announce that President Bill Clinton will deliver the keynote address at the 2014 IASA Annual Educational Conference & Business Show. President Clinton will speak on the second full day of the conference, which will be held June 8-11 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

President Clinton is the first Democratic president in six decades to be elected twice, and led the U.S. to the longest economic expansion in American history, including the creation of more than 22 million jobs. After leaving the White House, President Clinton established the Clinton Foundation with the mission to "improve global health, strengthen economies, promote healthier childhoods, and protect the environment by fostering partnerships among governments, businesses, nongovernmental organizations (NGOs), and private citizens to turn good intentions into measurable results." More than 2,100 Clinton Global Initiative commitments have improved the lives of 400 million people in over 180 nations.

"No matter which side of the political aisle you stand on, this will be a presentation you don't want to miss," said Joe Pomilia, executive director for IASA. "President Clinton has moved beyond the scope of U.S. politics to become a figure of worldwide renown and importance. We're very excited to be able to expose the association's diverse membership to his viewpoints and opinions."

"I have great respect for President Clinton's 'get it done' outlook," said IASA President Beth Mercier. "I think 2014 IASA Annual Conference attendees will leave the event with a lot to think about." This session was made possible through sponsorship support of the Nolan Company.

Registration for the 2014 IASA Annual Educational Conference & Business Show will be available in early January.
