Prima Biomed Quarterly Results and Conference Call

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA--(Marketwired - Apr 19, 2013) - Prima BioMed Ltd (ASX: PRR) (NASDAQ: PBMD) (ISIN: US74154B2034) ("Prima," the "Company") today released its Appendix 4C - Quarterly Report for the three month period ending 31 March 2013. The Company had A$25.18 million in cash and term deposits as of the end of the quarter. The majority of funds spent during the quarter are related to development activities of Prima's lead product CVac™.

Prima's management will hold a conference call to present its quarterly results as well as explain the details of the Share Purchase Plan offer currently open to Australian and New Zealand shareholders of record as of 28 March 2013.
