TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 29, 2011) - Primary Corp. (TSX:PYC) reports that it recorded a comprehensive loss of $95,000 during the quarter ended March 31, 2011. Net asset value per share was $1.601 at March 31, 2011 ($8.004 after giving effect to the 5 for 1 share consolidation).

Primary recently announced that it intends to shift its business strategy to place its principal focus on natural resource lending.
