Prime Time Announces Strategic Focus on North American Operations

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 13, 2007 -- Prime Time Group Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRTH) ("the Company") is pleased to announce that after a better than expected Christmas in the retail wireless market, it has decided to focus its operations regionally to maximize skill, market response, penetration and net income returns.
