Prime Time Group Achieves Significant Sales Growth & Announces Plans for Expansion

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 29, 2007 -- Prime Time Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRTH) is pleased to report that the company has achieved significant revenue growth delivering next generation wireless solutions. The company's wholly owned wireless subsidiary generated more than $900,000 in sales of handsets, services and accessories since its launch in July. Based on the success of its initial roll-out within the $190 billion wireless industry, Prime Time Group is moving forward with plans for expansion within the United States, the commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Prime Time Group's growing wireless division delivers leading edge mobile phones, accessories, media and games via a highly innovative strategy targeting the North American youth market using one-stop-shop retail, wholesale and internet channels. Through advantageous marketing and distribution relationships the company offers key brands including Virgin Mobile, Sprint, T-Mobile, Disney Mobile, fido Wireless, Boost and Vonage in addition to its own line of Cherry Red accessories. Prime Time Group also has an operating interest in PR 7, Inc., which owns and operates fourteen 7-Eleven convenience stores in Puerto Rico with plans for expansion.

Prime Time Group completed an interim revenue report covering its first six months of operations in the wireless industry. The wireless division generated more than $900,000 in revenues for the six month period ending January 21, 2007 -- nearly $600,000 in sales of handsets and more than $300,000 in accessories and services. The company also eagerly anticipates announcing revenues for the PR 7 convenience store business in the coming weeks.
