Prime Time Group Announces Launch of Its Wholesale & Retail Accessory Site Across North America

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 17, 2007 -- Prime Time Group Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PRTH), an emerging distributor of wireless products and services, announced today that it has completed all of its agreements with accessory providers, manufacturers and licensing agents and is now able to launch the first of its accessory web sites to retail its products and services.

Over the next two weeks, the site will be populated with the full inventory and catalog of Prime Time's products and services and will be redesigned to reflect the new name and image of the company.

"This is our first e-commerce site and it represents the beginning of our e-commerce strategy," says Dallas Robinson, CEO. "This site can immediately earn revenue and will allow us to test functionality and service interest across a broad swath of consumers across North America."

Robinson adds, "Consumers will be pleased to see that we are incorporating the concept of one-stop-shopping for all their wireless needs, from ring tones and wallpaper to games and travel accessories." He continued, "We will certainly have all our products and services and I know that consumers will be blown away by the variety of components we will have for them and their uniqueness. With the recent announcement of our partner MOBO and its access to Disney and other branded accessories we have an incredible market penetration opportunity."

Troy Metz, president, adds, "We decided to launch our initial site with a focus on the Motorola Razr phone. It is the hottest phone across North America and is ideally suited for gaming, texting, browsing and accessorizing." He notes, "In our next revision, expected near month end, we will see a dramatic increase in the types of handsets and the carriers that are available with them in both Canada and the United States. Both our retail and our wholesale clients will be pleased that over the next couple of weeks we will have finalized an online catalog, ordering system and fully integrated content retail site for consumers. It really is the best of both worlds."

"This launch represents to our investors and shareholders a continuation of the business plan established in 2006 and the success of its implementation," says Troy Metz. "Both Dallas Robinson and I along with the management team are pleased at the performance of the company, its growth and its ability to execute revenue producing initiatives."

Visitors to the new site can view the initial design at www.xpressxperience.ca

The next design of the e-commerce site will include a comprehensive payment system, through IQ Metrix, as well as a series of ed-webs that will be announced shortly and a comprehensive marketing strategy and campaign that will bring both interested traffic and buyers to the site.
