FT. LAUDERDALE, December 19, 2006 - Prime Time Group Inc., (PINKSHEETS: PRTH), ("the Company") is pleased to announce expansion to Puerto Rico with its interest and partner PR7 Inc. (the 7-Eleven asset of the company).

"We are pleased to announce that on the basis of the committed expansion of the PR7 Inc.'s 7-Eleven assets and with their outstanding performance this Christmas season we intend to distribute wireless products, services and accessories through their 7-Eleven network in Puerto Rico." says Dallas Robinson CEO Prime Time Group Inc.

Currently PR7 Inc. owns several properties and 14 locations in Puerto Rico, with revenues in 2005 nearly topping 18 million dollars. "We are expecting record revenues this December that have allowed us to pursue our growth strategy." says Armando Del Valle President of PR7 Inc. "we have completed our negotiations and will be opening three new locations in the first quarter of 2007 including one in the Escorial Plaza, one of the largest retail environments in all of Puerto Rico." He adds, "Based on our changes and the success of our new model we are expecting more than $24 million dollars in revenue in 2007."

Prime Time Group Inc., intends to distribute Virgin Mobile products and services through the 7 Eleven stores. "Using their (PR7 Inc.'s) access to the market, we will distribute our lines of accessories and products, including online content that will make us one of the largest prepaid carriers in the market." says Troy Metz President of Prime Time Group Inc., "modeling this approach from some successful examples in North America, we are positioned for great returns from our partner that should make our first quarter results in 2007 better than expected."

The announcement of the launch dates will be made public later in December, but will be in the later part of January 2007.

Armando Del Valle was appointed President of the company in late June of 2006 and was chartered to maximize profitability and position the company for expansion. The profitability goals are about to be reached in December 2006 and the company has identified three locations for expansion in early 2007. By the end of 2007 the company hopes to conclude the first phase of expansion and intends to have in excess of 25 stores.
