PrimeSport Acquires Premiere Global Sports

Acquisition Creates the Leading Provider for Tickets, Travel, Hospitality & VIP Experiences in the Industry

The acquisition now positions PrimeSport as the leading provider for tickets, travel, hospitality and VIP experiences in the industry. The acquisition was announced today by Sam Soni, President & CEO of PrimeSport.

PrimeSport, headquartered in Atlanta, GA and Premiere Global Sports, headquartered in Cary, NC have worked together in the past on various sporting events which eventually resulted in the two companies joining forces as one. The PrimeSport acquisition of Premiere Global Sports is effective immediately and will operate solely under the PrimeSport banner.

The combined companies creating the new PrimeSport will offer corporations and sports fans more opportunities to fulfill ticketing, hospitality and travel needs. With the expanded number of partners within the sports industry, PrimeSport will offer more exclusive access to the biggest sporting events featuring premium tickets and suites. PrimeSport will also continue to offer unique VIP experiences, such as such as meeting basketball legends Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Bill Walton and Elgin Baylor at the NCAA Men's Final Four or field passes for the BCS National Championship, just to name a few.
