Primus Canada Wins Consumer Choice Award for Best Digital Phone Service in Hamilton for Second Consecutive Year

(Primus) is honoured to be selected by consumers and businesses as the winner of the Consumer Choice Award (CCA) for top Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) provider in Hamilton for its digital phone services. This is the third Consumer Choice Award for the telecommunications company and the second year in a row that Primus was the top ranked VoIP service provider in Hamilton. Earlier this year, Primus received a CCA for Business Excellence in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

The CCAs are considered the most distinguished award for business excellence in Canada. Winners are selected through an independent research survey rather than by a panel of judges. As part of the rigorous selection process, thousands of consumers and businesses across Canada are surveyed by Leger Marketing to gather their opinions, perceptions and expectations of the services they use on a daily basis.
